Please counteract all the bloody Brexit threads by dredging up the bright and sparkly positive aspects of your existence at the current time and post them up here. Thx.
My build finally has the start of the first floor and internal walls and roofer is booked in and windows being delivered shortly. Finally feels like it's all coming together rapidly and the end is in sight.
So an older guy in what is essentially a body bag. Great look for anyone "decrepit". Which you're not, you vain twot. That said, I am going to get a drysuit for when the sailing season starts. Capsizing in a wetsuit in April is not a nice thought.
Drysuits provide far better thermal protection than a wetsuit. I got mine about 12 years ago, after I went for two dives in Lulworth Cove in February and couldn't stop shivering for about two hours afterwards. Brrrrr.
They're not at all flattering. But that's the last thing you're thinking about when scores of meters submerged in sub-10 degree water. I wouldn't consider myself vain - I was trying to inject some levity. Sheesh.
And in the general spirit of the OP, everything is running on rails at strutter towers.
In terms of particular good things, the junior strutters are not disgracing themselves academically and I am moving closer to my designated dates for starting two entirely new hobbies - which might work out or they might not but in either event it will be fun finding out.
Can’t really say as they are sufficiently random to identify me but further information will be happily volunteered at any future rof drinks for anyone even vaguely interested.
Phoebe did you know the "slightly move" thing has a purpose more helpful than just making them animated and nice.
They are essentially a photo made up of about 40 photos. If you select to edit them, you can scroll through them to find the one photo in the snapshot which is the best one. Especially good when photographing groups or children where there is literally a thousanth of a second where EVERYONE is looking at the camera or smiling.
My little boy! 15 months old and cute as a button. Me, him, and the missus are cosily ensconced in our new house after a two year refurb. Work is a bit of a worry just now but I don’t care about that too much!
Well Dusters as you know the other half's biz is going ok and we tied the knot, although some of the family coming to the celebration in march think we are ACTUALLY tying the knot there..

I'm about to sell my investment property and realise a chunk of cash for myself.
I'm probably getting laid tonight.
I've just remembered there's a load of game pie mix in the freezer.
I've now built my Lego Death Star and it's AMAZING.

With certain flaps cut into it and secured with Velcro, obviously.

I've sort of successfully completed my move. New flat, new job and promotion.

My wife and children love me and we are all happy and healthy.
I've just been promoted and am, for once, enthused about the opportunities this brings, as well as the extra spondies.
I'm sober.
I have some nice work trips and family holidays to look forward to.
I am looking for a new car for my 40th birthday, which I always love to do but on this occasion am getting just what I want.

What! no I didn't know that.
Shame that it is a work phone or I could have used it for filth

Also, when you go into photos type search. Think of something you like doing. So for me and cycling I put "bike". Amazing search functionality

It doesn't work if you type in "septic tank" to find the photos of your septic tank being installed.

Presumably that just finds all your pictures of Americans
