This sounds grim. I'm avoiding London as much as possible. Oh wait, I already do. 

It was big in NYC a decade or so ago but now one hardly hears about it. Don't know if this means the problem has peaked or if everyone just got used to it. Don't think I've caught anything from my trips there.
