Hospiz Alm has lots of charm, and you can marvel at the photos of dead European minor royalty, and Putin, but it would be dull for teenagers as its in the middle of nowhere. I recommend the Arlmont, which at the base of the Nasserein lift in St Anton, or the Post, provided your budget goes that far. Note these are not cheap options and I have never stayed there myself. However, I am a ski resort nerd (my first ever job was ski holiday package sales) and I know Austria quite well.
Good shout for Obertauern, but not a alot of life.
Lool at Sölden as well, a bit cheaper but excellent, and high, skiing.
Hotel Kitzhof in Kitzbühel is one of the nicest ski hotels I've ever stayed in. Officially four star but better than most five star. They served Ruinart at the breakfast buffet FFS.
Not ski in, ski out. But tbf that's pretty rare in Austria.
The ski shop is in the basement of the Eidelweiss and Gurgl, you walk up 20 stairs, then another 50 steps or so on the flat to either of two lifts. It's pretty darn close to ski in/out

A little known Austrian resort with a superb snow record is Obertauern.

Can’t remember the hotel, but the unusually for Austria the resort is basically ski in, ski out, and we had a superb holiday there.

This meets your requirements. The wine list in the restaurant is excellent too.

Familux is a good brand, I've done their Alpenrose in Lermoos
Their hotel in Bavaria, Oberjoch is also good and fairly handy for Munich if flying in

Why are more of you not promoting Lech? By far the best area to go.
I agree with Tromb as I have stayed here a few times before:

The one place that is ski and and ski out has a little chap that walks behind you brushing up the snow if you come into lunch on a snowy day.
