Assume youve probably done a fair amount of reading if youve got insomnia. I found this book was an interesting way to get rid of any "pressure" to sleep which helps in a myriad of ways
dont' listen to radio 4, listen to that Tom Middleton Sleepscapes album - ambient musician / DJ who became a sleep coach after suffering terribly with touring induced insomnia.. Just make sure you have a premium streaming service that isn't goign to drop ads for Cilit BANG into the middle of it...

Nothing something something good or bad but thinking makes it so.
Don't think of it as something going wrong, think of it as neutral. Don't 'try' to get back to sleep. Enjoy lying in a comfy bed.

I have taken zopiclone before. Also took Stilnocht. I was on it for ages.
Gotta get my sleeping back into a norma routine.
