Sometimes when I’m really depressed or really in pain I don’t go out and can’t face cooking at all so I experimented with it and it is dreadful. I keep myoplex bars and shakes around instead now, much more flavour even if they aren’t full on meal replacements, they get me through a few days easily enough.
