IMO racism in healthcare is real. What she is saying could well be true and her experiences were the result of it.
On the other hand, many patients have a poor experience especially in maternity. Could she simply have experienced the same shit as anyone else and ascribed it to racism?
Also I’ve never see a London hospital with anything like a majority white staff, especially in nursing and midwifery. Again it could be true but I’d be surprised if anything like a majority of staff involved with her care were white.

The incidents described are awful. but annoyingly, there is no information to work out if the behaviour is statistically significant.
my own experience - the post birth care was rubbish. before birth, I kept being told someone would turn up and then they did not for hours
