It seems Asons Solicitors' prospective clients don't care about the deals its lawyers have worked on, and so the firm has put up dating profiles instead.

The firm's website reveals its employees' favourite colour, dream holiday destination and their "moment of the day". Only the firm's principal, Kamran Khan, answers "behind my desk" to the last question, while everyone else tells the truth and puts 5.30pm or Friday. Or "sunset", like romantic Head of Industrial Disease Samantha Harris:

Stephen Mansfield meanwhile would like to visit space, his favourite colour is green and his area of expertise is especially serious injuries:

Head of Litigation Abid Khan is undiscriminating when it comes to food:

Trainee David Hallsworth wins films and TV, but fails books:

And Williams' favourite food is, errr, crisps.

Someone likes golf (and industrial disease):

But inevitably, not everyone gets it:

Is there a version of this page for the visually impaired? I have been temporarily blinded by the harsh light reflecting from their suits.

Their head of litigation was born in 1987? So either he's pretty much the only court lawyer there or their attention to detail leaves something to be desired. Neither of which is great news.

Our young Mr Khan does not appear to be a solicitor either as he is not coming up on the Law Society website. I wouldn't quibble a non-solicitor heading up a department, but I would hope they would at least have years of experience behind them! Madness.

I'm sure Asons have made a lot more money than the firms you all work at put together. Nice to know these people actually have a life. Take a look at the figures- Just saying.

Work hard, play harder.

Mr Khan's comments at 14.34 are very true, work hard, play harder, but always have a spare packet of crisps ready.

Personal attacks on individuals is pathetic. I am sure these are rival firms commenting... If you can't beat them bash them online :)

The only rivals to Asons Solicitors are Ian Henery Solicitors Limited: http://www.ianhenery.co.uk/

I expect both firms are reaping the rewards of such ground-breaking websites and it's only a matter of time before other firms start to copy their approach.

From what I can see Asons are included in the top 100 companies to work for and are worth somewhere around the region of £13 million.. and who doesn't like crisps?

Making personal attacks on their members of staff will not change the fact that law firm is exceptionally successful!

Anonymous 17 May 13 17:33

On visiting the firm's home page you can tell immediately just by looking at the various hair colours on display that "TOWIE" is almost everybody's favourite TV show. There's no need to read the profiles.

Oh the joy to see feeder law firms taking shots at one of the most successful upcoming law firms in the country... and congratulations Mr Khan seems like you have the most haters for your achievements at such a young man.. Many of you most envy and I must say I do.. However friendly competition never hurts nobody :)

Tbf it looks like a pretty fun place to work as a junior person. No more city style triple delegation and it looks like seniority isn't awarded on the basis of years but presumably merit (although perhaps they are taking this a little far...).

Asons poster - I can't work out if you're for real or not - if you are, it mast be rather wonderful to be so naively enthusiastic about what one does - props.

Kamran Khan? A note to other firms, maybe you would find him on the Law Society website if you were capable of identifying the corrct name! Pah. Less time online and more time paying attention to detail.

Anonymous 19 May 13 11:25

Head of department at 25? Seriously, no matter how intelligent someone is, you cannot have the experience necessary to head a department up at that age. God help him if they ever came up against a Top 30 firm and a proper head of department.
