Localism can’t work if turn out is consistently puny Vote up! 0 Vote down! 0 Yes. But in areas where crime isn’t a political issue (eg Oxfordshire) I wouldn’t expect most people to tbh and it remains the case that the vast majority of the population don’t know what PCCs do.
