Is this odd? Concert in Brussels on 29 March to sort of celebrate Brexit

It's not the Belgian state or the EU celebrating Brexit as such, it's the Brussel branch of the Pompidou filling a slot in a larger festival, on the night of 29 March, with an Englishy programme - John Tavener, Benjamin Britten, ending with Haydn's Farewell Symphony  - but -  Jonathan Coe and Ali Smith are giving readings. If I were them, i.e. artsy Remainers, I would want to be at home in bed at midnight on the 29th with the blankets over my head. What about you?
