I think you need to pose the question better somehow, there have been threads on this not that long ago - from memory Scylla said she didn't see images at all in her thoughts (or the other way round).
I think I am very visual. If I think "car", I see a car in a sort of 3d model version that I can spin round on various axes like a car configurator on a manufacturer website. Some people can't do that visualisation in their head and just think "car"
