We’re all going on a, summer holiday (told Cliff a different meeting place).

The RollOnFriday team have broken out of the office slathered in sun cream and run off to lie in a paddling pool for two weeks.

If you're missing your weekly dose of the best legal news, despair not. Consider:

1. Sending us a story to splash when we get back.
2. Meeting someone delightful on Lawyr.
3. Writing a musical about blockchain.
4. Browsing the year's stories so far. 5. Making a golfball.
6. Getting a new job.
7. Becoming crew on a superyacht.
8. Chatting on the Board.
9. Investing in nuclear power.

Have a great end of the summer, and see you in September.

Question Man 26 August 22 09:55

What proof is there that the so-called 'team' have access to sun cream?

Can we be certain that it is not in fact whipped-cream that they are slathering over their bodies, which they are doing in an effort to entice bug life to come within their individual spheres of personal space* with a view to capturing said insectivora in jars and then melting them down into rudimentary adhesive pastes which can be sold on the open market for profit?

*A concept which I do not concede is valid, but use here to facilitate easier discussion of the live issues in this matter.

A well earned reprieve and respite for the RoF Team.

And take it from me, I'm a man who knows how marvellous being in receipt of a full reprieve can be.

Yes, questions are important. However, it can't have been whipped cream as that wouldn't be any good in the sun. Sounds like you've been sniffing the rudimentary adhesive paste you refer to!

In reply to Question Man;

We have no reason to believe they are not on holiday and have access to genuine sun cream cream.

It seems logical that they have, as they claim, slathered it upon themselves so as to ward off sunburn.

There have been no “reporters fry in the sun” stories due to a failure to apply sun cream.

There is nothing to support your bug exploitation theory.

Your question is therefore illogical and scurrilous.
