Following last week's first tranche of trainee retention figures, the latest figures have been flooding in from across the market.

The champagne goes to Baker & McKenzie, which kept on 20 out of 21 qualifiers, and Slaughter and May which retains 57 out of 61. Excellent efforts.

A plastic cup of Lambrini goes to Travers Smith, which kept on 13 out of 16, a strong 81%. A half of shandy to Bircham Dyson Bell for its 57% (four out of seven), a mug of Bovril to Dickinson Dees at 47% (nine out of 19) and finally a pint of Vimto-style drink to Prettys in Ipswich, which kept on just one of its six qualifiers.

Bakers trainees celebrate qualification news. The aftermath.

Full details of retention rates are here, updated as RollOnFriday receives them. So make sure you send in your firm's results.
