Gary Shipman, a founding partner of North Carolina-based firm Shipman & Wright, LLP, has been rumbled furiously berating staff for their morning tardiness.
An email from the small firm, leaked to Above The Law, showed that Shipman has had enough of his staff sloping in late:

From: Gary Shipman "Lunch" is a meal in the middle of the day, usually starting about 12. It’s not a period that starts when the work day starts, which, depending on which day it is, begins (with everyone in attendance, or not) by 9, when it should start by 8:30. Therefore, ain’t no such thing as "lunch hour" at the beginning of the day. Get your ass to work, on time, every day. This broad generalization doesn’t apply to some of you, and you know who you are. But it does apply to others, and you know who you are too. I want pigs; not chickens.
