Help!
I'm a 1 year PQE solicitor who has recently just joined a medium sized law firm 2 months ago to help develop a department.
Department has previously just consisted of one partner. I'm concerned that there's been no consideration as to how to bring in work before I joined, meaning quantity of work is very low.
Plenty of other opportunities out there and I'm not the type to be happy just to cash a cheque. I want to be busy fee earning and I can't interview for new roles whilst still here.
Question is, should I stick it out or leave and look for a new role.
Thanks!
