Urgent news from Refugee and Migrant Justice which assists 10,000 asylum seekers and trafficking victims - including 900 children.

Thanks to delays in the legal aid system, the charity has gone into administration. 300 specialist staff are engaged to work on complex immigration cases. As payments are only made once cases have finished - and these will often run for months if not years - the charity is now owed £2 million. Unable to find alternate sources of finance, the charity - which has assited 110,000 people since its foundation in 1992 - faces a bleak future.
