So since mid september, approx 100 cv's and cl's later (and having been for 2 unsuccessful interviews for a TC) i've got a call for a technical assessment at Herbert Smith next week.
I've been told the assessment will consist of a case study in the context of disclosure. I'm fortunate enough to have just completed my civil lit module on the LPC so things are fairly fresh...but any tips/advice from anyone who has been in this position?!

So how did your assessment go? I am taking this test next week and I am not that fortunate, because I was not exposed to the litigation matters at all.
Any advice that your are willing to share? It would be much appreciated.
