Fashion is a terrible beast - constantly shifting and changing, you can never be sure what you're wearing is actually stylish. In fact, we've started wearing orange jumpsuits to work in an effort to introduce a uniform at RoF towers... all to no avail.

So, onwards we race - forever attempting to cling on to the ever moving fashion trend, spending all our hard earned pounds and euros...

It was, therefore, with some degree of delight we were recently informed that 'Vintage is back'. Great news - we could finally drag out all our best old clothes for free - throwing them on with wanton abandon.

Apparently not the dandy vintage they were looking for

Sadly, it became quickly evident that our effort to resurrect the 1980's 'Frankie Say Relax' tee coupled with authentic Footloose lycra leggings and headband, was not readily accepted by the local kids on our bus. They just don't know fashion. They do know how to make a grown man cry with barbed words though...

Apparently, vintage isn't really in - but super-new re-furbished vintage is in. A difficult pill to swallow, I know, but it it meant away went the replica Jason Donavan mullet wig and Boy George make up and out came our laptop to pay a visit to the rather spiffing Sebastian and Jules (http://sebastianandjules.co.uk/).

They refurbish vintage items to be used as accessories (i.e cuff-links, iphone and laptop cases) in order to give the modern dandy small but powerful additions to any discerning wardrobe. Made by hand and using vintage buttons (for the cuff-links), you'll be extremely fashionable combining style and errm... recycling. That's very green.

Get yourself some vintage asap - S&J already have a cult following which means their stock is currently exhausted, but keep an eye on them and you're unlikely to be disappointed.
