The down vest I bought from Uniqlo is a bit flat after a wash. (I don't think it has completely shed the down--I washed it in a fine mesh bag and there was little evidence of shedded down in the bag.) How do I fluff it up again?

I believe the art with these is to tumble dry them with some dryer balls. The noise is terrible but apparently it helps fluff it back up.

You need to wash it and FULLY tumble dry it to bone dry.
Add 2-3 old tennis balls into the drier.
