Summer Vacation Scheme 2024

This summer, we are giving candidates the chance to experience what it’s like to be part of our firm by offering a weeklong paid placement.

Our Vacation Scheme is the perfect opportunity to get an insight into the day-to-day life of working at Clarke Willmott. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of specialists in a particular area of law, doing real work with expert supervision. You will also spend some time attending workshops to improve your legal skills and aid professional development and will have plenty of opportunities to meet others, ask questions and socialise.

You will be immersed in our positive work culture and feel empowered, valued and free to be yourself in a safe and supportive environment.

What you need to know

We have placements in our Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Taunton and Southampton offices and welcome applications from anyone who has a passion to pursue a career in law.

The vacation scheme is an in-person placement and will run from Monday 15^th July 2024 to Friday 19^th July 2024 in your allocated office. You will receive a salary of £451 for the week and your working hours each day will be 9 am to 5.30 pm. If you are unable to fulfil full-time hours, please do not be deterred from applying. We understand the challenges of balancing life commitments or circumstances with a full-time role and want to ensure we can support you in the best way we can.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate an interest in law, as well as the potential for creative excellence.
