The Cambridge Real Estate team has an enviable client list covering development, investment and corporate real estate work. The team has an excellent reputation for its particular specialisms in hotels, senior living, strategic land, housebuilders, transport and regeneration.
Key responsibilities:
We want to develop well rounded lawyers. You would focus on work for our developer clients with the further opportunity to advise investor and corporate real estate clients.
You would manage your own caseload with significant client contact as well as working as part of the team on larger transactions. There would also be plenty of opportunities to work on a broad range of other commercial real estate transactions.
Skills and experience:
• Strong technical skills and excellent academic qualifications.
• In addition you will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisation skills as well as your high attention to detail.
• You will provide a first rate client service both internally and externally.
• We envisage someone with 0-4 years PQE
Key competencies:
You should be a team player, client focused and a good communicator with a strong practical approach to your workload. A commitment of delivering quality service is essential, as is the ability to juggle the demands of a heavy workload.
A band of PQE as advertised on a role does not preclude applications from those candidates that may have more or less PQE. Our intention is only to indicate a guideline as to how long we would expect a qualified lawyer to have practised so as to have gained the necessary skills for the role as described.
