As a corporate renewables energy lawyer, your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, from M&A, joint ventures, and equity fundraisings to general corporate matters. You'll also specialize in co-operatives, community benefit societies, and alternative structures. Our esteemed practitioners provide counsel to developers, utilities, investors, and funders across a comprehensive array of clean energy technologies, as well as broader initiatives related to net-zero and sustainability.
As an Energy Law Associate Attorney, you'll play a pivotal role in our energy practice, addressing the most critical energy law issues. Your collaboration with our team will be seamless, ensuring customized solutions for our valued clients.
