We are looking for motivated, diligent lawyers with broad commercial/corporate skills, to work with our partners across the Commercial department, and enjoy the benefits of collaborating with some of the sharpest legal minds around. You’ll have anywhere from 5+ years’ relevant experience, which might include commercial contracting, company, JVs, M & A, business restructuring, capital markets, public takeovers, private equity transactions, regulatory work, ICT etc – whatever your experience, if this opportunity to fast track your career interests you we’d love to talk to you.
