like, you have guidelines and you follow them to achieve an end
but at some point the guidelines becomes the important bit and the end it achieves sort of dies (I guess this is how religions work, at some point the god stops mattering and the church becomes the important part, anyway)

I mention this becaus I just saw this on the Education Secretary Gillian Keegan's twitter, and I get the thought process behind these messages in this form, but I kind of think that in this case it doesn't achieve the end they were hoping for
I am genuinely wondering if Risky hasn't been on the board because he was hired by the number 10 coms team, there is a strong whiff of his genius about this
