Would a general election now

Turbo charge the stalling recovery?

We need something drastic to happen to give everyone a kick uo the bum and get things growing again.

Could that happen if Keir Starmer is elected? Could he make it happen un the first 100 days?

We need to turn this inertia round. It's feeling very 2007 like right now.

Starmer will repeal that Chuffy amd bring home anyone the Tories send as part of his numbers deal with the EU.

Another reason not to delay the elelection any longer.

The City is going under though. Something has to give and if its a few years of New Labour style late 90s Socialism then surely  it's a price worth paying to save Brotish capitalism?

I'm responding specifcally to the following:

Could that happen if Keir Starmer is elected? Could he make it happen un the first 100 days?

Short answer: yes. He could.

Longer answer: with massive public investment.

As opposed to being an "odd" comment it is, in fact, an apt comment.
