Weight dropping off me

Anyone else found this during lockdown?

Been working tres hard as a #KeyWorker (hope you all clapped me last night :) ) and have a fairly usual food intake.

Alcohol intake normal (for me) and am not exercising as much as before as don't have time.

So why the weight loss?

As much as I think clapping the NHS is a great thing, what with them putting themselves in harms way to protect us...

I do wonder when this is over whether we will start clapping the police and fire service.

clapping the NHS is preposterous

they get paid to do a job and they are lucky to still have one

nobody conscripted them and they can quit if they like

in answer to the op, yes because I am furious and getting trim for when the anarchists rise

Definitely losing weight.  I guess running round the local park and woodland trails > the running machine.

Also I'm not in the weights bay every other day, so I've got less bulk.  Plus I'm eating less.

A friend of mine lost 10 pounds with mild coronavirus.

In other news, and I am really sorry to mention it, but one must, cancer often causes sudden weight loss.
