The point is the persistent and criminal neglect coupled with telling the country they’re doing it a favour bring in charge. Sunak is worse than all of them except Truss. He’s not even a career politician. It would have been suggested to him by the in-laws as a condition of marriage. Out out out.

it's not neglect, it's genuine cluelessness on how to run a country with stakeholders versus what they were taught (or think they know) in how to run a business for shareholders 

“genuine cluelessness” 2 my mind implies an undue level of innocence and mitigation

these guys r not innocent. their ideology is abhorrent and they have all the facts and education required 2 kno it, yet they still adhere. there is no cluelessness - they r positively, actively, purposefully making these decisions

i am not surprised. i am simply pointing out that, here, 4 once, there is nothing even their staunchest defenders can say (not that diceman, sails and the other meatshields won’t try ofc)

Partly this, partly ingrained hatred/contempt for the civil service and public sector workers in general 

Genuine cluelessness lets them off the hook far too easily and sets up the next gulling.
