Wilfried Peeters was saying last week that Cav was close to getting back to winning again.
I thought that was just media hype but it turns out that our favourite tubby Directeur Sportif was bang on the money.
It seems remarkable that Cav beat Jasper Philipsen who, in turn, has beaten Sam Bennett this year. Maybe a Grand Tour place is not inconceivable?
