Basically i am fairly senior where I am but with zero career progression available, and have been told its less than 6 figs for a role at tlt with the experience I have (15 years pqe) . I've heard tell a lot of it involves weekend work and a lot of fooking about and aggro. So unsure atm what to do.

I wouldn't get out of bed to work at a law firm for less than six figs at 15 PQE. Have you taken leave of your senses?
