They're now recruiting from women's prisons apparently. Although given it's 2023 a woman prisoner/soldier could well have a schlong and be called Boris.
Could be initial counter-offensive(s) this month or early April to pull the Russians around and keep them guessing, but I reckon the main one won't be till late April early May. The Ukrainians are forming a load of new brigades, four of them around the new western tanks, and the indications were those weren't going to start being available till April at the earliest. Then as most of the squaddies were new recruits you want them time to bed in actually in the field, so that means attack in May depending on conditions and where everything is.
