Means two people parked in the end of my drive with three burst tires between them and a busy RAC man.  It never used to be this bad and I've just been on the council website reporting the potholes, overgrown hedges and flooding.  To be fair the hedges aren't the council's problem but my new neighbour who's into rewilding won't cut the roadside hedge unless ordered to do so by the council and even then I suspect will put up a fight even though it's a safety issue.
