I was sat in the garden in my old house years ago and something just missed my head and hit the washing line. A bloody cross bow. I called the police and they told me not to touch it etc and they came around quite quickly. The PO then just handled the bow stuck it in a bag and I think that was the end of that. It could have hit me or worse, my toddler son at the time or one of the animals. V hard to prove where it came from.

@Mistee - a complete crossbow? As opposed to just the bolt/arrow?
