Sexual Slavery and Alison Mack

Weird how most of the people forcing women into sexual slavery seem to be other wimmin.

Of the four charged in the Nxivm sex cult case, three are wimmin.

"Most"? Erm, citation needed. Is this on the basis of one (quite weird) example? Other examples needed before you make sweeping statements of this nature. Eyethangew.

Tricky, perhaps he's been rejected so much that he's the king of the Incels. Or he just imagines he's still living in the early 1900s when women were chattels and shouldn't have lives and opinions of their own.

It was a man who was running the thing (and having the sex with the women). 

As Teclis says Flashy most definitely isn't an incel, he is just a bit of an arse who likes to wind people up. 

But why does Flashy enjoy baiting women with negative female stereotypes? Does he like to do it to assert his status as a superior male, or does he like to see women make a 'fool' (in his eyes only) of themselves by possibly confirming whatever negative stereotype is in his head? Does he think it's 'funny bantz'?

Seems to me the mark of either a very insecure man (despite his having sex with women) or a psycho misogynist.

 

I have a passing interest in cults and the psychology of them.  It's certainly not unusual for the leadership of a cult to include a strong female figure who assists the leader in getting female followers to believe what they are told.

It's not that weird really, just a classic cult set up. The only weird bit is is that there wasn't a quasi religious/end of days/aliens handing out secrets type element to it from what I have read. 

For whatever reason this has always been a thing and women have often been the most drawn in (although men are as well).  I think Fleabag nails it actually! (in a different context)

It's pretty normal human desire, it takes away the truly horrific thought that maybe nothing you do or do not do really matters at all... Cults give people certainty that's why they happen.

In terms of amateur psychology on flashy, I think he just likes getting a rise out of people and being 'shocking'. He does it about race a fair bit as well. He is just pushing the buttons he thinks will get the best response. A ton is bloody hard to come by on here these days!

Weird things about this weird story....

1. The Dalai Lama got paid £1m to speak to this group.... who knew he took paying public speaking gigs??!!!

2. Kristin K***k (can't remember her spelling) says she was in the group but never saw anything weird... I thought it was a group ABOUT the weird...?

There were 1000's of followers.  Does that means 1000's of sex slaves?  Or just the chosen few?

It was also  alleged that participants were blindfolded naked, held down by three  women, and branded by a NXIVM-affiliated doctor  using a cauterizing pen."

There is a horrible photograph of the brand one woman was given in the NY Times article.  It's a raised welt in a peculiar shape (the master's initials, or something).  It's on the ceasar line and must have hurt like hell.
