I wear heels most days at work, but I wear flats on my commute and change when I get to the office. (Although having a break during this cold snap as I'm just keeping my ankle boots on all day).
I rarely wear heels these days. I have some beeeeotiful shoes but they're just not that comfy long terms and they mess with my knees. I have started to invest in lovely flats instead. It means I can run around easily and my feet don't hurt at the end of the day.
In RoF style....I’ve got over the knee black heeled boots on today, and no bunions. Shame it’s cold as had a pedicure on Saturday and feet all soft and sparkly
None for me... ...but then I wear sensible shoes - cue comments about lesbian footwear.
In fact now that I look at my shoe rack, most of my footwear comprises walking trainers/boots (because they are waterproof)... ...flat heeled boots (for informal wear when you don't want to look like you've just come off the hills) and two pairs of 'nice' shoes.

Luckily I've never had them. But I do get shin splints when I'm breaking in new boots (not so much running shoes, thank god). Fvcking agonizing.
