I made this last night ... and it was delicious (and I don't usually like peanut butter). It's for a "thing" in work so most is in the freezer.
Chickpeas, replace Tahini with butter, add honey to taste, add chilli flakes to taste and still use garlic.
I was very surprised.
I may make it for myself :)

I am assuming the "butter" in your recipe is peanut butter? Sounds odd but nice.

Interesting, doggers. Whenever i make my own hummous the tahini balance is never quite right. Will try with PB next time...
