Mourinho and his ilk

Why do they keep on taking jobs with new clubs?  He's clearly got millions and Man U will be paying him £15m plus to terminate his contract so why not just put your feet up and not have the stress wondering if you'll still have a job next week?

I don't think you've thought through your logic.

If your premise is that they don't need to work in the first place, why would they be stressed about wondering if they still have a job next week?

See Coracle that's the bit I can't fathom.  Seems to me that the mindset for most of them is that if you're sacked then you need to go somewhere else and be successful to prove you weren't the problem but then you run the risk of having another poor run and being sacked again which makes you look worse.

When I look at it the career plan should surely be work your way up to becoming manager of a premiership team and then do a decent job there and get paid well before renewing your contract losing your form and getting a hefty pay off to then retire.
