It’s difficult to think of a more over-promoted player in the last 10 years.
Bowling is a load of hittable tripe, and his batting is ludicrously overrated, At best he is simply an over-muscled slogger.
Like Jason Roy, he’s clearly got a bunch of dirt on Fatty Bob, as neither of them should be within a million miles of an England team.

He was a cult hero a couple of seasons ago. This year mostly turd.

This is the product of rampant franchise cricket, a conveyor belt of identikit sloggers, only a few playing for their country regularly enough to be properly invested.

The fecker should be invested when he’s playing for his country.
I grant you he’s a v good deep fielder, but the rest of his game is dreadful.
Why doesn’t Sam Hain ever get a mention?

Roy is miles better than livingstone will ever be. Livingstone shouldn’t be in the team.
but loads of top T20 players are muscly
look at the kiwi who batted well today

When he connects it’s quite often 100m+. Still only worth six runs though and it’s hard to see how he is such a fixture with such an embarrassment of riches at England’s disposal.

it’s a statto and psychology decision isn’t it. purely his strike r7. u only need him 2 have 1 decent knock a series

that allen wicket* is a good example of y livingstone has been picked. psychologically, it’s a huge blow losing a big hitter. if u have stacks of them in the line-up, even if their 4m and quality is inconsistent, u steal a small advantage
* yes yes t20 is diff sure, b a dullard, but ur the muppet if u think the decision making doesn’t overlap now

We are getting turned over here by NZ I reckon. YJB set a platform and everyone else fooked it. We needed 190 at least.
