Most likely hysterectomy - London Clinic is popular with gynae consultants but IMO nursing care is not up to NHS teaching hospital standards. If previous abdominal surgery/caesarian, less invasive laparoscopic surgery would be too risky, so longer hospital time (but more likely 5 days) and lengthy recovery period.
If it’s a private hospital she’s going Arab style and basically using it as a hotel as well and having a break from Will and the kids and cutting ribbons.
It’s been ages since I worked in general surgery but even after fairly extensive bowel resections for cancer people were out within a week (of course unexpected complications excluded). And that was well over a decade ago.

10-14 days in hospital after the surgery? Even allowing for padding for a Royal, that’s not minor.

Hysterectomy? My mum had one at about the same age, and was in hospital for about 10 days.

Appaz all the docs think its a tummy tuck as they cant otherwise account for the long hosp stay ( as in, she could recuperate at home)

Why would one of the worlds skinniest woman take an unexpected break of such time from her duties for a totally unnecessary ‘tummy tuck’ …
If she wanted to do that surely you just get it done before Christmas and use the already planned break to recover.

And a major bowel resection can also require a lengthy hospitalisation and long term recovery.
I spent 3 weeks in the ICU after mine and it took months before I could live anything like a ‘normal’ life again. .
