Insolvency headz - if a political party goes bust

Is it true that the members of the executive committee are personally liable for its debts because it's an unincorporated entity?

I should know this but has never been my forte.

What I think is that a cynical opponent, armed with a quote from an insolvency specialist could probably earn themselves at least 3 news cycles on speculation and their scramble to respond:)

there's an issue with no one wanting to be on the exec committee

now, I think that's mostly because the party's light has dimmed and none of the ambitious baby sharks foresee a gravy bus opportunity arising in the near future

but the narrative is that the insolvency angle is putting them off

(I am super doubtful that the maddos who would consider it have taken advice, though)
