No heating until week3 of November. Put a jumper on. And if that doesn't work, put another jumper on. If, after 5 jumpers, you cannot feel your fingers - you may put a blast of heating on for 15 mins.
I slept with the balcony door open last night. Just went out got lunch and I think the season of wandering outside in rolled up shirtsleeves might be over thanks to the wind but it's not cold yet.
