they could have described it as a satirical work produced by a well-known feminist director taking aim at contemporary corporate culture through the eyes of one of the world's best-loved icons
What Jelly said. I went to see Barbie a few days ago and the place was full, which NEVER happens weeks after a film is released. It seemed to be about 80 percent girls under the age of 15, many much younger (with parents obv). I think loads of mums have been taking their young daughters.
I would like to see both, but Oppenheimer is way too long to sit through at the cinema for me so I shall eventually watch it it the comfort of my own home.

It says a lot about the dumbing down of younger generations.

Oppenheimer has major flaws as a film and the print I saw was poor imho. Obvs ppl should be more interested in it than Margot’s perfect face but hey.

Oppenheimer was brilliant. Best film I have seen in at least the last couple of years.
Barbie has a couple of amusing moments.
