They've already stopped asking you to take electronics out of your bag.  In some areas anyway.

Is this 'cos they can scan more accurately now and so pick up dodgy liquids without need to unpack, or just for cost-cutting reasons?

I can't wait until they stop the full strip, pat-down and cavity search in the toilets prior to check-in. Same bloke does mine every time.
