Glad I've left them as they have just taken payment from my account for the bill they issued a week ago despite the fact that they stopped providing my phone and broadband yesterday. Apparently they'll now issue a final bill and at some point will eventually return my money to me.

all broadband is the same. It's just the router that makes a difference. So go with the cheapest that guarantees the download speed you need (38mbps is fine, unless everyone in your house is streaming 4k porn at the same time). Get a Google Home Mesh thing. They're AMAZING.

I'm getting a whole Sky package which is rather cheaper than the equivalent from BT.
Just takes the piss that they already knew I was leaving and invoiced a whole quarter and took payment.

I had Vodafone broadband. Then they put the price up £5/month due to unavoidable and regrettably cost inflation, so switched to someone else for the same price that Vodafone initially did. As soon as they got the switch notice, they offered me a £5/month discount.

My dad left Sky when he sold his house in the summer so I took advantage of the offer to entice him back and got him to put the account in his name.
