Dog Food Question

So my dog Luca, who should be about 7 is actually about 13 or 14... (issue over how he was aged by the rescue when I got him) ...I think he is starting to struggle with the working dog food and would like to move him to a more tasty seniors brand.  He's missing 5 teeth but too old to go under the knife if any more go rotten.  He's just had his annual check up where he was described as "moth eaten, lots of bits missing but basically okay with what was left" so he's got a couple of years and I need those to be comfortable.  Any recommendations for senior dog food... preferably one that isn't going to taste like fireplace sweepings to him.  Food is his one real pleasure.

Gwen dog, who is 8, loves the Pets At Home AVA dried food for large senior dogs. According to the blurb on the packet, it is filled with lots of good stuff.

Dusty, that looks lovely, but I can feed him fresh chicken for that, which he loves.  I might move him onto fresh chicken eggs and try the Gwen dog approach.

Yes, he's on Harringtons working along with Tilly.  Luca doesn't work (having no eyes and all) but Tilly does (though not at the moment - she goes back after Christmas)
