Am rereading all the rebuses. In the earlyish ones there is mention of the shots evidential rule of corroboration.
Is this still a thing?
Does this not make it even harderer to prosecute crimes of violence? Particularly sexual violence I would think.

arguably any normal scottish dating would be classified as a horrifying crime of sexual violence in the rest of the UK
