I tried to play tennis yesterday. Just about managed one game against a ten year old girl. I let her win. 

I never really exercise. I go for a early morning swim a few times a week, before the sun gets too strong. 

Yep.  Before work to beat the heat.

No shame in that. Martina Hingis won her first Grand Slam at 12. 

I will go to my yoga session. I won't go running.

Today I’ve binned it off in favour of the sunshine. Not too many more of these days left. 

I bet she didn't have to use a child's racket. I know it's probably considered poor sportsmanship to blame one's equipment but I'd already smashed my own. 

I've got air con in my gym, so yeah.  Slept in there with the family too when it was 40 degrees last year.

Don'#t feel bad sisto, my 10 year old has a fooking unplayable topspin forehand.

Luckily she can't be arsed to move if the ball isn't pitched perfectly to said forehand so she can only hit it once or twice a session

Gym has AC so yes or wot Face sed (except the bit about sleeping there).

early morning running, obvs. as every other buff cünt living in a hot country does

Gym when it opens. Sets you up for the day. 

Still run, but intervals, drop sets etc… rather than long runs.
