I like a homemade loaf. There's a lot of bad bread out there. Processed, bulked out with additives. Something just to make dough? 

This one also apparently good, and is £60 cheaper: Panasonic SD-B2510WXC Bread Maker (but doesn't look as nice). 

I have a nice bag of flour from the town mill in Lyme Regis. I had a chat with the miller. He told me in the middle ages you'd have had a finger cut off if they caught you with an unofficial millstone.
