i am informed by my Waitrose pal who was working it that there was so much free booze that people at the Newcastle one got trollied; I may have to go next year ...
I think it was probably worth it if you persevered but it was cold and there's a homeless guy outside who was shouting "you're all a bunch of greedy bastards!" and actually he shouts this every day but last night it felt personal.
