Not flattering. I have a pair of their linen shorts which are good. Otherwise I stick to denim or sporty ones and much shorter length. This is a hard length to wear, it's a bit middle aged American on holiday.
They are terribly unflattering. I bought this cut from Cos last year, I cannot now understand why, they do look awful and I only wear them for gardening.

they're atrocious. Coastal grandmother but worse. Bear in mind that model is 5ft 10 so they'll be below kneecap on most people.

Below the kneecap can work, if they are well cut capri style pants, which these are not. These are clamdiggers and it's a no from me.

Why not go either shorter shorts (if non Scotchland weather) or capri pants (flattering on everyone and great with all kinds of footwear)..?
