Application got injunction

Is it possible to get an emergency injunction (or whatever Harry Potter phrase the Scots use) to compel immediate reconvening of parliament?

Tey have said no ancillary orders will be made pending UKSC decsion

interdict prevents an action

specific implement requires it

I don't think you can interdict an action that is already completed

no clergs but presumably you could specifically implement somebody to correct an action illegally taken?

harry potter phrase?  I'm sure we can find a sheriff to deal with you

Guy - they could seek specific implement to compel Parliament to be recalled.

why not clergs?  If somebody does something wrong and that wrong is capable of being fixed why cant a court order that person to do it?

I don't believe the judiciary can give a mandatory order to compel the Government in respect of the prorogation prerogative

I might be wrong it's not exactly tested

it feels an unnatural act for the courts to me

It's a Scottish court so their decision doesn't really mean much does it.

The Remainers love running to mummy.  "mummy that bad man took my little toy away mwhhhaaaaaaa mwwaahhhhhhhhhhhhh"

whiney little shits.

Surely HMQ is the one person who can admonish the PM over this, she has been made party to it all.

Fvck the Scottish judiciary.

So you are saying the Courts should do nothing about PM misleading the Queen when giving her advice minkie?

No. just let HMQ have first dibs. She is the one he lied to, she cant have that.
