Amazon heh

I emailed Jeff Bezos to complain about the recent shiteness of the Prime delivery service (he apparently does read a lot of customer emails). I just wanted to rant, really.

Got a reply the next day from the Executive Customer Relations team apologising profusely and giving me a £25 gift card.

Just had another email from someone else in the same team apologising profusely and giving me a £30 gift card.

If they keep this up I might recoup some of the hundreds and hundreds of £ I have spent on Amazon this year
